Amend or modify any Purchased Receivable, Purchased Contract or Purchased Wholesale Account or consent to the extension of the time of any payment or release of any collateral securing the obligation of the obligor or otherwise waive any term or condition of such Purchased Receivable, Purchased Contract or Purchased Wholesale Account except to the extent the Cooperative may deem appropriate to facilitate the ultimate collection of such obligation.
