Amendment of PHI or E-PHI. If Contractor maintains PHI in a Designated Record Set, Contractor shall, within ten (10) days of receiving a request from the Department for the amendment of a patient’s PHI, incorporated the amendment into the information that Contractor maintains in a Designated Record Set in order to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.526.
