Amendment of Police Procedure Manual. In the event of any addition to, deletion from or modification of the Police Procedure Manual, the President of the FOP shall be fully notified in writing of any such proposed change, and the FOP shall be permitted a reasonable opportunity to submit comments to the Chief of Police and shall be permitted to provide them with any input he feels is necessary. The response of the FOP shall be in writing.
