AMENDMENT OF PRUDENTIAL WARRANT. The Warrant to Purchase Equity Units in Cakewalk LLC dated June, 1999 held by Entertainment Finance International, LLC shall have been amended to eliminate therefrom the antidilution protection relating to additional issuances of securities or changes in the exercise price or conversion ratio of any existing securities.
