Common use of Amendment of Resolution Clause in Contracts

The Board of Directors reserves the right from time to time to increase or decrease the number of shares that constitute the Series HH Preferred Stock (but not below the number of shares thereof then outstanding) and in other respects to amend this Certificate of Designations within the limitations provided by law, this resolution and the Certificate of Incorporation.
