Common use of Amendment of Section 17 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 17. Section 17.1.1.4 is hereby amended to substitute “52.23%” for “40.23%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “Edison 12%” in the second line thereof.

Amendment of Section 17. Section 17.1.1.4 17.1.1.3 is hereby amended to substitute “52.2375.33%” for “40.2343.33%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “Edison 1232%” in the second line thereof.

Amendment of Section 17. Section 17.1.1.4 17.1.1.8 is hereby amended to substitute “52.2362.45%” for “40.2319.25%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “Edison 1243.2%” in the second line thereof.

Amendment of Section 17. Section 17.1.1.4 17.1.1.6 is hereby amended to substitute “52.2357.90%” for “40.2354.44%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “Edison 123.46%” in the second line thereof.
