Common use of Amendment of Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 9. 16. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1610. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.10 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1608. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.08 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1603. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.03 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1605. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.05 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.13 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1614. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.14 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.09 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.20 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1611. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.11 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.12 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 4.16 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.

Amendment of Section 9. 1619. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 9.16 9.19 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.
