Common use of Amendment of Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section. 9.9. Section 9.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (ix) thereof, deleting the period at the end of clause (x) thereof and replacing it with a semicolon and the word “and” and adding new clause (xi) to read as follows:

Amendment of Section. 9.913.1. Section 9.9 13.1 of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word “"and” " which appears at the end of clause (ixl) thereof, (b) deleting the period which appears at the end of clause (xm) thereof and replacing it with by substituting therefor a semicolon and semi-colon followed by the word “"and” " and adding (c) inserting therein as a new clause (xin) to read as followsthe following:

Amendment of Section. 9.93.1. Section 9.9 2.3.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting inserting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (ix) thereofc), deleting the period at the end of clause (xe) thereof and replacing it with a semicolon and the word “and” and adding new amending clause (xid) to read as follows:

Amendment of Section. 9.95.2. Section 9.9 5.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (ix) thereof, deleting the period at the end of clause (xg) thereof and replacing it with a semicolon and the word “and” and adding new deleting clause (xih) to read as followsthereof and inserting the following in its place:

Amendment of Section. 9.99.05. Section 9.9 9.05 of the Credit Agreement is is, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, hereby amended (x) by deleting the word “"and” at the end of " immediately following clause (ixvii) thereof, deleting (y) replacing the period at the end of the clause (xvii) thereof of such Section with ";", and replacing it with a semicolon (z) inserting the following clauses (viii) and (ix) at the word “and” and adding new clause (xi) to read as followsend of such Section:

Amendment of Section. 9.99.5. Section 9.9 9.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by by (a) deleting the word “"and” at the end of " after clause (ixe) thereof; (b) relettering the current clause " (f) to be "(g)", deleting and changing the period at references therein to "Section 9.5(f)" and "paragraph (f)" to "Section 9.5(g)" and "paragraph (g)", respectively; and (c) inserting the end of clause (x) thereof and replacing it with a semicolon and the word “and” and adding following new clause (xi) to read as follows:f):

Section 9.9 8.07 of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended by by: (a) deleting the word “"and” " which appears at the end of clause (ixg) thereof, ; (b) deleting the period which appears at the end of clause (xh) thereof and replacing it with substituting therefor a semicolon and semi-colon followed by the word “"and” and adding "; and (c) inserting therein the following new clause (xii) to read as followsthereof:
