Amendment of Sections. 2.01 and 2.02. Sections 2.01 and 2.02 of ----------------------------------- the Loan Agreement are hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Amendment of Sections. 1.4 of the Purchase Agreement: The parties ---------------------------------------------------------- hereby amend Section 1.4 of the Purchase Agreement in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendment of Sections. 3(b) and 3(f)(ii). In order to clarify the amounts payable under Sections 3(b) and 3(f) of the Employment Agreement, Sections 3(b) and 3(f)(ii) of the Employment Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof.
Amendment of Sections. 6(h)(i) and (ii). Sections 6(h)(i) and (ii) of the Agreement shall be amended by deleting them in their entirety and inserting in lieu therefor the following:
Amendment of Sections. 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c). Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) of the Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety as follows:
Amendment of Sections. 4.3(a) and 4.3(b) and addition of Section 4.3(c).
Amendment of Sections. 3.7(a), 3.8(c) and 3.8(d) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule. Section 3.7(a), 3.8(c) and 3.8(d) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule to the Purchase Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety, and in lieu thereof, Section 3.7(a), 3.8(c) and 3.8(d) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule attached to this Amendment shall be added to and incorporated into the Purchase Agreement for all purposes.
Amendment of Sections. 1(n) and 1(o). Sections 1(n) and 1(o) of the Sublease are hereby deleted in their entirety.
Amendment of Sections. 4, AND 5. Sections 4 and 5 of the Schedule are hereby amended and restated to read in their entirety as follows:
Amendment of Sections. 2.03(a) and 2.04(a)(i). Sections -------------------------------------------- 2.03(a) and 2.04(a)(i) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement shall be amended to replace the words "federal savings bank or a corporation" and "federally chartered savings banks" with the words "a national banking association."
