Common use of Amendment of Senior Subordinated Securities Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Senior Subordinated Securities. Any amendment, alteration or repeal of any provision of this Agreement or of the form of the Senior Subordinated Securities or the Charter (including, unless no vote on such merger or consolidation is required by Section 6.11(b)(ii) below, any amendment, alteration or repeal by means of a merger, consolidation or otherwise) so as to adversely affect the rights, preferences, privileges or voting powers of the Senior Subordinated Securities; or
