Common use of Amendment of the Terms Clause in Contracts

Amendment of the Terms. 14.1. Unless otherwise specifically provided, EQS Group shall be entitled to amend or supplement these Terms by notifying the Customer of any changes or amendments in writing at least six weeks before they take effect. 14.2. If the Customer does not agree with the changes or amendments to the Terms, the Customer may object to the changes until four weeks before the date on which the changes or amendments are intended to take effect. The objection must be made in writing. If the Customer does not object, the amendments or supplements to the Terms shall be deemed approved.
