AMENDMENT OF THESE CONDITIONS. 25.1 Pracctice reserves the right to add to and/or amend the Conditions at any time upon giving not less than 30 days’ notice to the Customer provided that such addition or amendment does not materially change the commercial effect of the Conditions. Such changes shall be notified to the Customer by posting on Pracctice's Web site. Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer continues to use the Service.
