Amendment of this Lease Agreement. Neither the Lessor nor the Lessee will alter, modify or (subject to Section 8.3 hereof) cancel, or agree or consent to alter, modify or (subject to Section 8.3 hereof) cancel this Lease Agreement, excepting only such alteration or modification as may be permitted by Article X of the Trust Agreement.
