AMENDMENT OF THIS TRUST AGREEMENT. This Trust Agreement may be amended by a written instrument executed by the Grantor and the Trustee. Notwithstanding the forgoing, no such amendment shall conflict with the terms of the Plans or shall make the Trust revocable to the extent it has become irrevocable as provided in this Trust Agreement.
