Amendment or Modification, etc. The parties hereto may not amend or modify this Agreement except in such manner as may be agreed upon by a written instrument executed by all of the parties hereto. Any written amendment, modification or waiver executed by all of the parties hereto shall be binding upon all such parties and their respective successors and assigns.
