Common use of Amendment or Modification; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Amendment or Modification; Waiver. Except as provided in clause (1) of Exhibit A, this Agreement may not be amended unless agreed to in writing by Executive and the Company. No waiver by either party of any breach of this Agreement will be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach.
