Amendment or Variation. Any amendment or variation to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
Amendment or Variation. 19.1 Subject to clause 10 and sub-clause 19.2, this Agreement may only be amended or supplemented in writing, signed by the Corporation.
19.2 At the written request of the Customer, the Corporation may, by notice in writing, vary one or more provisions of this Agreement on such terms and for such period as may be stated in the notice and this Agreement shall be so varied from the time the notice is received by the Customer.

Amendment or Variation. 10.1 XOX reserves the right with or without giving notice to upon giving the Dealer notice to review, amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time as we deem fit without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
10.2 The Dealer shall be bound by such amendments, addition or variation of the terms and condition.
10.3 The Dealer shall be responsible to visit XOX website (xxx.xxx.xxx.xx) periodically to determine any updates.
Amendment or Variation. 15.1 This Agreement may be amended at any time only by Strategic Investors in writing to the Business Partner. Any proposed amendments will first be discussed between both parties.
