AMENDMENT REGARDING LIBOR LOANS. The Borrowers shall no longer have the option to have any Loans made as, continued as or converted into LIBOR Rate Loans, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby. Any LIBOR Rate Loans outstanding on the effective date of this Amendment shall continue as LIBOR Rate Loans until, and then shall be converted into Reference Rate Loans on, the last day of the Interest Periods applicable thereto, without any further notice from the Borrowers to the Lender.
