Common use of Amendment Requests Clause in Contracts

Amendment Requests. Either OSP or Contractor may submit an Amendment request to amend this Price Agreement, including all Exhibits hereto, by submitting to the OSP Price Agreement Administrator a written Amendment request describing the change requested. The OSP and Contractor’s Authorized Representatives will review the written Amendment request and will mutually approve it for either amendment, further refinement, or reject it. In the event an Amendment request is approved for further refinement the parties agree that it may be refined by mutual agreement and submitted as an Amendment, or rejected.
