Amendment; Severability. Neither this Guaranty nor any of the terms hereof may be terminated, amended, supplemented or modified, except by an instrument in writing executed by an authorized representative of each of Guarantor and Beneficiary. If any provision in or obligation under this Guaranty is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions or obligations, or of such provision or obligation in any other jurisdiction, is not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
