Common use of Amendment; Sharing of Payments Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Sharing of Payments. In connection with any extension of the Termination Date, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and each extending Lender may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. Section 1.19.
