Common use of Amendment; Sharing of Payments Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Sharing of Payments. In connection with any extension of the Termination Date, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and each extending Lender may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. Section 1.19.

Amendment; Sharing of Payments. In connection with any extension of the Termination Expiration Date, the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and each extending Lender may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 5.3 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. In connection with any extension of the Revolving Commitment Termination Date, the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent Agent, each Additional Commitment Lender and each extending Approving Lender may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section 2.22.7 shall supersede Sections 3.1 and 12.13, except any provisions in Section 2.14 or Section 10.3 to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. This Section 2.24 shall supersede Sections 3.1 2.19 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 2.14 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. Section 1.198.01.

In connection with any extension of the Revolving Credit Termination Date, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and each extending Lender Bank may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 2.18 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. Section 1.199.4.

This Section shall supersede Sections 3.1 2.16 and 12.13, except to the extent any amendment hereunder would adversely affect any Lender’s rights under clauses (i) or (ii) of Section 12.13. Section 1.199.02.
