Amendment; Sharing of Payments. In connection with any extension of the Revolving Commitment Termination Date, the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent, each Additional Commitment Lender and Approving Lender may make such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent determines to be reasonably necessary to evidence the extension. This Section 2.22.7 shall supersede any provisions in Section 2.14 or Section 10.3 to the contrary.
