Amendment to Annex I of the Loan Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, Annex I of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendment to Annex I of the Loan Agreement. The definition of EBITDA in Annex I is hereby amended and restated and replaced in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendment to Annex I of the Loan Agreement. (a) Section 1 of Annex I to the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows. "Commencing on the last calendar day of the Test Period ending March 31, 2005, and at the end of any calendar month during which any of the Obligations are outstanding thereafter, the Fixed Charge Ratio shall not be less than 1.0 to 1 for the most recent Test Period then ended."
