Amendment to any Servicing Contract. Within five (5) Business Days after Xxxxxxxx enters into any amendment to the terms of any Servicing Contract, the Borrower shall furnish notice and a copy of any such amendment. Each notice pursuant to this Section 7.03 shall be accompanied by a statement of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, setting forth details of the occurrence referred to therein and stating what action Borrower has taken or proposes to take with respect thereto.
