Common use of Amendment to Article X of the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Article X of the Credit Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Article 10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) Section 10.1(c)(iii) of the Credit Agreement is amended in its entirety to read as follows:
