Amendment to Borrowing Conditions. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement shall be amended by deleting clause (e) of such section in its entirety. For the avoidance of doubt, the paragraph immediately following clause (e) of Section 6.02 beginning with the phrase “Each request for a Borrowing” shall not be deleted.
