Amendment to Certain References. Effective as of the Conversion Date (1) the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting all references to Schedule 2.1 (a) (other than the reference in the table of contents) and replacing such references with the words “the Register” and (2) the Credit Agreement and each applicable Loan Document is amended by deleting references to the terms listed under the column heading “Deleted References” in the following tables and replacing such references with the new terms listed under the column heading “New References” in the following tables.
Amendment to Certain References. As a result of the Seller’s recent change in legal corporate name, all references to “Lifesciences Opportunities Incorporated” throughout the Agreement shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with “Dr. Tattoff, Inc.”
Amendment to Certain References. The Intercreditor Agreement is hereby amended by replacing each occurrence of the phrase “an Intercreditor Joinder Agreement” (other than such reference in Section 8.02 of the Intercreditor Agreement, which is addressed in Section 1.07 of this Amendment) with the phrase “Crack Spread Hedging Secured Party Joinder Agreement”.
Amendment to Certain References. As a result of the Merger, all references to “Hawk Biometric Technologies, Inc.” throughout the Agreement shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with “Hawk Systems, Inc.”
