Amendment to Certain Restructuring Documents. 2.1 Amendment of the Global Deed of Amendment and Restatement With effect from the date of this Deed, the Global Deed of Amendment and Restatement shall be amended as set out below: (a) by including the “Thermo Group Undertaking Letter” as a new limb (n) in the definition of “Restructuring Documents” in clause 1.1 (Definitions); (b) by adding the following definition in clause 1.1 (Definitions) in the correct alphabetical order:
