Amendment to Constating Documents. No Loan Party shall make any amendment to any of its Constating Documents in a manner which may prejudice the Purchasers, would result in a breach of a Loan Document or Event of Default hereunder or could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Amendment to Constating Documents. As soon as reasonably practicable following the payment in full of the Senior Indebtedness, the Parent shall amend, or cause the amendment of, its or any other Loan Party’s Constating Documents to the extent reasonably required by the Noteholder Representative to reflect or further evidence the rights of the Purchasers and the Noteholder Representative and the voting rights set forth in Section 6.18 of this Agreement.
