Amendment to Constitution. All permanent Committee Members must be in attendance to form quorum to change the Costitution.
Amendment to Constitution. The approval by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shareholders in a general meeting duly convened by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of an amendment to the Hartleys constitution to permit a transfer of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shares to EZL under the Takeover Bid.
Amendment to Constitution. The Tenant will provide the Regional District with not less than 30 days written notice of any planned amendment to the Tenant’s constitution or bylaws and its status as a society under the Societies Act.
