Common use of Amendment to Credit Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Credit Agreements. Effective as of the date hereof, upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 below, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties of Borrowers set forth herein, each of the Credit Agreements is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 8.1 of each of the Credit Agreements is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following language is hereby substituted therefor:
