Common use of Amendment to Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Enrollment. ‌ The School shall submit to the Commission The SPCSC Request to Amend Charter Contract Form to approve an increase in the maximum enrollment of the School no later than one (1) year before the requested change date with evidence that the School Property has sufficient capacity to accommodate the increased enrollment, and the quality of the educational program at the School is satisfactory and will not deteriorate as a result of such increase; and such other items as the Commission may request. The School shall maintain accurate and complete enrollment data.
