Common use of Amendment to Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Existing Credit Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below, on the Fourteenth Amendment Effective Date, the definition of “Maturity Date” appearing in Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended to replace the words “January 31, 2024” with the words “February 29, 2024.”

Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below, on the Fourteenth Tenth Amendment Effective Date, the definition of “Maturity Date” appearing in Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended to replace the words “January 31April 30, 20242022” with the words “February 29January 3, 20242023”.”

Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below, on the Fourteenth Thirteenth Amendment Effective Date, the definition of “Maturity Date” appearing in Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended to replace the words “January 313, 2024” with the words “February 29January 31, 2024.”
