Common use of Amendment to Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Existing Credit Agreement. SECTION 3.1. Subject to the occurrence of the Second Amendment Effective Date (as hereinafter defined), the Existing Credit Agreement (including the Exhibits and Schedules thereto) is hereby amended in its entirety in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
