Common use of Amendment to Existing Note Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Existing Note Purchase Agreement. The Obligors shall have delivered to each Purchaser a fully executed copy of an amendment to the Existing Note Purchase Agreement, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit F and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such Purchaser.
