Common use of Amendment to First Lien Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to First Lien Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed copy of an amendment and waiver to the First Lien Credit Agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, making amendments thereto that correspond to those made herein and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
