Amendment to Guarantor Clause Samples
Amendment to Guarantor. Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, the definition of “Guarantor” in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and amended and restated as follows:
Amendment to Guarantor. The definition of “Guarantor” in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
