The introductory paragraph of the Original Security Agreement is hereby amended by restating the last sentence thereof to read as follows: “This Agreement secures the obligations of the Guarantor under its guaranty of the Issuer’s Notes (as defined below), issued pursuant to the related Purchase Agreements (as defined below), and under the other Note Documents (as defined below).
