Common use of Amendment to Lease Clause in Contracts

Tenant and Landlord acknowledge and agree that, as of the Amendment Effective Date, the Lease has not been amended or modified in any respect, other than by this Sixth Amendment, and there are no other agreements of any kind currently in force and effect between Landlord and Tenant with respect to the Building.

The term “Lease” shall mean the Lease, as so amended, unless the context requires otherwise.

Tenant and Landlord acknowledge and agree that, as of the Amendment Effective Date, that the Lease has not been amended or modified in any respect, other than by the First Amendment and this Sixth Second Amendment, and there are no other agreements of any kind currently in force and effect between Landlord and Tenant with respect to the Leased Premises or the Building.
