Common use of Amendment to Lease Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Lease. If Tenant timely exercises Tenant's right to lease First Offer Space as set forth herein, then, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a lease amendment (or, at Landlord's option, a separate lease) for such First Offer Space upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the First Offer Notice therefor and this Section 1.4. Tenant shall commence payment of Rent for such First Offer Space, and the term of such First Offer Space (the "First Offer Term") shall commence, upon the date of delivery of such First Offer Space to Tenant (the "First Offer Commencement Date") and terminate on the date set forth in the First Offer Notice therefor.

Amendment to Lease. If Tenant timely exercises Tenant's ’s right to lease the First Offer Space as set forth herein, then, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, Landlord and Tenant shall within thirty (30) days thereafter execute a lease an amendment (or, at Landlord's option, a separate lease) to this Lease for such First Offer Space upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the First Offer Notice therefor and this Section 1.41.2. The rentable square footage of any First Offer Space leased by Tenant shall be determined by Landlord in accordance with Landlord’s then current standard of measurement for the Building. Tenant shall commence payment of Rent rent for such the First Offer Space, and the term of such the First Offer Space (the "First Offer Term") shall commence, commence upon the date of delivery of such the First Offer Space to Tenant (the "“First Offer Commencement Date"”) and shall terminate on concurrently with Tenant’s lease of the date set forth in remainder of the First Offer Notice thereforPremises.

Tenant shall commence payment of Rent rent for such the First Offer Space, and the term of such Tenant’s lease of the First Offer Space (the "“First Offer Term"”) shall commencecommence (subject to the terms of the First Offer Notice), upon the date of delivery of such the First Offer Space to Tenant (the "“First Offer Commencement Date"”) and shall terminate on coterminously with the date set forth in end of the First Offer Notice thereforLease Term (including any applicable Option Term).

The term of such the Lease with respect to the First Offer Space (the "First Offer Term") shall commence, commence upon the date of delivery of such First Offer Space to Tenant (the "First Offer Commencement Date") and terminate on the date set forth in the First Offer Notice therefor. The date upon which Tenant is obligated to commence paying Rent for such First offer Space will be as set forth in the First Offer Notice and shall be as determined as a component of Market Rent.

Tenant shall commence payment of Rent rent for such the First Offer Space, and the term of such Tenant’s lease of the First Offer Space (the "First Offer Term") shall commence, upon the date of delivery of such First Offer Space to Tenant (the "First Offer Commencement Date") and terminate on the date commence as set forth in the First Offer Notice therefor(the “First Offer Commencement Date”) and shall terminate coterminously with the end of the Extended Term (or if applicable, exercised Renewal Term).
