Common use of Amendment to Negative Covenants Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Negative Covenants. Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), Section 5.02 of the Credit Agreement shall be amended as set forth below: 1.1 Amendment to Section 5.02(a)(xvi). Section 5.02(a)(xvi) of the Credit Agreement shall be amended by deleting the word "and" immediately after the semi-colon at the end thereof. 1.2 Amendment to Section 5.02(a)(xvii). Section 5.02(a)(xvii) of the Credit Agreement shall be amended by deleting the period at the end thereof and adding a semi-colon and the word "and" at the end thereof.
