Common use of Amendment to Note Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Note. By executing this Agreement, the Borrower and the Lender hereby agree and acknowledge that Section 1 of the Note is hereby amended by deleting "September 30, 2002" and inserting in the place of such deletion "October 31, 2002."

By executing this Agreement, the Borrower and the Lender hereby agree and acknowledge that as follows: (a) Section 1 of the Note is hereby amended by deleting "September 30December 20, 2002" from such section and inserting "January 31, 2003" in the place of such deletion "October 31, 2002deletion."
