Common use of Amendment to Option Plan Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Option Plan. The Option Plan shall have been amended by the Company on the date of execution of this Agreement in the form set forth in Exhibit E and such amendment shall remain in full force and effect without any further amendments, and each Optionholder shall have executed the modified standard form Employee Stock Option Agreement in the form set forth in Exhibit E.

Amendment to Option Plan. The Option Plan shall have been amended by the Company on the date of execution of this Agreement substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E and such amendment and shall remain in full force and effect without any further amendments, and each Optionholder shall have executed the modified standard form Employee Stock Option Agreement in the form set forth in Exhibit E.effect.
