Amendment to Program Agreements. Without the consent and approval of Lender, Servicer will not amend any of the Program Agreements if such amendment would cause the Loans generated thereunder to cease meeting the Underwriting Criteria or would otherwise adversely affect Lender in any material respect. In addition, Servicer shall advise Lender at least 7 days in advance of any changes to the Program Agreements that reasonably could be expected to alter the performance of the Loans under the Program Agreements and shall reasonably consider any comments Lender may have to such changes.
