Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. (a) The definition of Market Value set forth in Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the second paragraph thereof in its entirety.
(b) The following definitions shall be added to Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. 1.1 The following definition in Section 2 of the Repurchase Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following corresponding definition is substituted therefor in its proper alphabetical order:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement a. The definition of “Issuer Facility Amount” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. The defined term “Funding Expiration Date”, as set forth in Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement, is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. The Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended as follows, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. (a) The following new definition is added to Section 1.1 of the Repurchase Agreement:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. (a) The Existing Repurchase Agreement and the exhibits thereto are hereby amended by deleting each reference to “Mortgage Note” and “Mortgage Notes” therein and replacing them with references to “Promissory Note” and “Promissory Notes,” respectively.
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement of the Existing Repurchase Agreement is hereby further amended by deleting the definition of “Availability Period,” in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Amendment to Repurchase Agreement. The Purchaser shall have received the Amendment to the Repurchase Agreement, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each party thereto.
