Reference to. 1.3.1 a person includes a legal or natural person, partnership, trust, company, government or local authority department or other body (whether corporate or unincorporate),
1.3.2 a statutory or regulatory body shall include its successors and any substituted body,
1.3.3 an individual includes, where appropriate, his personal representatives,
1.3.4 the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and
1.3.5 one gender includes all genders.

Reference to. Parties" means the Parties to this Agreement and references to "a Party" mean one of the Parties to this Agreement.
Reference to. “Account” in Part 1 of this Agreement is deemed to include the Margin Account as established pursuant to this Part 2.

(e) time is a reference to the time in Tokyo, Japan.
