Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(b). Schedule 1.1(b) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as provided on Schedule 1.1(b) attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitments of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto.

(a) Schedule 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following defined terms in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1C. Schedule 1.1C of the Agreement is hereby replaced with the Schedule 1.1C attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 01. Schedule 1.01 attached to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 1.01 attached to this Amendment, which is incorporated into the Credit Agreement by this reference.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1E Schedule 1.1E of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit A.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1 (Additional Definitions). Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the First Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 1.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following new definitions in appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Schedule 1. 04(a) of the Purchase Agreement. Schedule 1.04(a) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
