Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(b). Schedule 1.1(b) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as provided on Schedule 1.1(b) attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitments of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto.

(a) Schedule 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following defined terms in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1C. Schedule 1.1C of the Agreement is hereby replaced with the Schedule 1.1C attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 01(g). Existing Schedule 1.01(g) to the Credit Agreement shall hereby be amended and restated in its entirety in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1: Schedule 1.1 to the Credit Agreement is deleted and Schedule 1.1 attached hereto is substituted therefore.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1. Schedule 1.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the columns entitled “Lender” and “Five-Year Commitment” where they appear in such Schedule and substituting in lieu thereof the columns entitled “Lender” and “Five-Year Commitment” set forth on Schedule 1.1 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. Schedule 1 to the Original Agreement is hereby deleted and amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(a). Schedule 1.1(a) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on the Amended Schedule 1.1(a).
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1. Schedule 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A.
