Common use of Amendment to Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedule 1. 1A of the Credit Agreement (Revolving Credit Commitments). Schedule 1.1A of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Schedule in its entirety and replacing it with the Schedule 1.1A attached hereto as Exhibit I.
