Amendment to Schedule 6. 7. Schedule 6.7 to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised Schedule 6.7 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 13B Schedule 6.13B of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit J.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 8. Schedule 6.8 of the Reimbursement Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new item 19 immediately following item number 18 thereof:
Amendment to Schedule 6. 3. Schedule 6.3 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted and the attached Schedule 6.3 is hereby substituted in its stead.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 1.2 (Subsidiaries and Owners) of the Credit Agreement. Schedule 6.1.2 of the Credit Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety on the Amendment Effective Date as set forth on Annex II hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 7A. Schedule 6.7A of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the words “Insurance Captive” where they appear therein and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Insurance – Captive/External”.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 1(x). Schedule 6.1(x) to the Loan Agreement is deleted and the Schedule 6.1(x) attached hereto as Exhibit B is substituted in place thereof.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 9. Schedule 6.9 to the Credit Agreement is amended to read as follows in its entirety:
