Amendment to Schedules to the Credit Agreement. The Schedules to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by deleting Schedule 7.19 and Schedule 9.3 in their entirety and substituting the new Schedule 7.19 and Schedule 9.3 attached hereto in lieu thereof.
Amendment to Schedules to the Credit Agreement. Exhibits A, B and C to this Amendment shall be attached to the Credit Agreement as Schedule 1.1(f), Schedule 1.1(g) and Schedule 1.1(h), respectively.

Effective as of September 30, 2010, the Schedules to the Credit Agreement are hereby replaced with the Schedules attached hereto for all purposes under the Credit Agreement, and any reference to a certain Schedule in any Loan Document shall refer to the corresponding Schedule attached hereto.

Each of Schedule 4.14(j) (Securities Accounts), 5.2 (Incorporation/Organization/Formation), 5.5 (XXXXX/Tax Returns), and 7.4 (Permitted Investments) to the Credit Agreement shall be amended by deleting each such existing schedule in its entirety and replacing it with the respective corresponding schedule attached as Annex I to this Amendment.
